Snow Weekend

This weekend marked the end of an extremely busy week. I had two exams, a system analysis deliverable for simulation and modeling for ISAT 341 - Simulations, and my portion of a group research project for ISAT 351 - Biotechnology.

This weekend I went home with Lauren to celebrate her father's birthday. We had a great weekend, and enjoyed the snowstorm that hit JMU remotely. Friday night I watched the opening of the Torino 2006 Winter Olympics, and have been trying to catch some coverage of the games. I have been frustrated with the number of commercials, and the fact that Italy is 6 hours behind, so that gives the network an excuse to show pre-taped footage.

I've also started the first steps of my Senior Thesis. I am going to be working with Fairfield Language Technologies (software developer of Rosetta Stone Language Learning Software) and Dr. Henriksen to simulate the Computer Help Desk process flow, and optimize the system.

Sorry to cut this short, but I am a Teachers Assistant (TA) for ISAT 252 - Analytical Methods (the course covers Visual Basic .NET, HTML, and Knowledge Bases), and I need to help the students.
