Family Weekend
This past weekend was family weekend here at JMU. There were parents and relatives everywhere! My parents did not come, but they have come the past few years. Unfortunately, it had to rain the whole weekend which meant that all the outdoor activities such as the football game were less tempting to go to than they might usually be. Three of my friends and I went to the football game, however, and despite the rain, it was a lot of fun. We only stayed until half time, but we were winning 21 to zero when we left so we figured that we would most likely win, which we did! Besides going to the football game, it was a few of my friends' birthdays so we celebrated those.
Yesterday afternoon after catching up on some sleep I had to catch up on my work. This week should be a busy week since I have a few tests and some other deliverables due for projects. The next week should be even busier though because I have two tests, a paper, 3 interviews, and a progress report due. Yikes! However, after all of that, it will be fall break! We only get one day off for fall break, but that will be nice anyway. The reason there is so much due the next couple of weeks is that it is already about halfway through this semester! Its hard to believe. Well its time for me to go to my software engineering class! Have a good Monday!
