Just another manic Monday
I started the day off today with a test this morning that was harder than I had expected. It was in my software engineering class and was about user interfaces and generic architectures for designing software. Cross your fingers that I did ok! After the test I grabbed some lunch at Festival and then headed back to my apartment to relax and eat it. Also, my friend let me know that they were selling senior t-shirts at the commons on campus, so we went to go get some. I love getting new t-shirts so I was excited to get one for being a senior! When I got back from that I decided that it was too beautiful outside for me not to go on a run, so I went to Purcell Park which is located very close to my apartment complex and ran until I had to get ready for my next class. So far today hasn't been the "manic Monday" I was expecting and has been about as good as a Monday could be.
This weekend was incredible though because I got to see the JMU Dukes beat William and Mary in football! It was such a nervewracking game because the score was entirely too close the entire game. However we ended up scoring a fieldgoal to win the game 30-29 with only 3 seconds remaining! My voice was definitely a little hoarse the next day from the amount of yelling I did during the game. Also the weather was absolutely beautiful the entire weekend and so the 3 hour drive there and back was not bad at all. Here's a picture of the view from our seats at the game:

Even though this week is just beginning I know it will fly by just as fast as the rest of them have been! I am going to try to do as much work as possible tonight so that I won't be stressed out later on this week. I have a paper due next Tuesday, and since Thanksgiving is only about 2 1/2 weeks away, all of my various projects are going to have to be finished soon.
